"Welcome" is the first track on The Offspring's 1998 fifth album, Americana. Rather than a song, it is an intro track spoken by John Mayer (not to be confused with the famous American pop rock and blues rock musician with the same name). This is the first Offspring track on Americana not to feature vocals by Dexter Holland (the second being the mariachi reprise version of "Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)", which appears as a hidden track on "Pay the Man").
